Apart from being one of
the most stunning no man’s land on earth, Bhutan is actually better known for
its zestful divine festivals known as the Tshchu. Tshechu meaning, 10th day
where every Dzong hosts the festival where divine interventions take place. Tshechus
are highly significant events in the Bhutanese calender whereby, the entire
villages and cities come together to sing, dance, drink and acquire blessings.
The prodigious Tshechus like Paro and Thimphu are eye catching, witnessing as
thousands turn up for the event.
